Check if your character names were at risk during MapleStory's Inactive Character Clean-up (ended November 12, 2025)
Tool Limitations
This tool only checks characters that are on rankings. We cannot determine if characters are currently in a delete state, or have been banned (permanently banned or off-rankings).
Clean-up Event Ended
The prevention period ended on November 12, 2025. Characters that were flagged "at risk" are now safe if their owners logged in during the prevention window. Characters marked as "Used to be at risk" below were only at risk if they met ALL 4 deletion conditions and the owner didn't log in.

Characters marked as "Unknown" may be available to claim, pending deletion, or off rankings (banned). You can still use this tool to search for potentially available IGNs!
All 4 Deletion Conditions
Characters will be deleted only if they meet ALL of these conditions:
Level 61 or lower(we can check this)
The character has not logged in since September 24, 2022(we cannot check this)
The character is not a Guild Leader or Alliance Leader(we cannot check this)
The character does not have unclaimed cash items in the Auction House(we cannot check this)
Prevention Period (Ended)
The prevention period was between September 24, 2025 (after maintenance) and November 12, 2025 (before maintenance). If you logged onto each world where your character(s) was flagged during this window, your characters are safe.
